Welsh NHS queues lengthen

The number of patients facing long waits for NHS care in Wales has risen according to a BBC report.

Is this what Jane Hutt was talking about when she said, We are doing things differently in Wales.?

I think there's a good case for taking the NHS away from the assembly - at the moment, the NHS in Wales doesn't have a good reputation,
